Beep! Beep!

Hello friends! We’re so excited to be posting today’s puzzle as it’s been a long time in the making. This one is a channel point redemption from one of our favorite stream buds, DragonEngineer97! Dragon is an integral part of the stream community and we couldn’t be happier to have made our first collab cryptic for him. This puzzle has a special theme for DragonEngineer, but it should be solvable by anyone who cares to try it.
