The Sacred and Profane Crossweird Experience

This new post is a surprise puzzle courtesy of Kate Chin Park! Kate's a wonderful constructor, solver, and all-around delightful human. We're super excited to see this and we're even posting it blind because of the (only slightly misguided) trust we have in her. Here's what she has to say:
